  • We work with athletes typically ranging from 10 years old through college, adjusting all training to their developmental stage, experience level, and needs.

  • All of ProForm’s programming are fully online and remote-based, allowing athletes to train from anywhere while still receiving individualized guidance, video breakdowns, and consistent communication.

  • Each program includes:

    • Customized throwing and/or strength plans

    • Video analysis and feedback

    • Weekly adjustments based on performance and schedule

    • Direct communication for questions and coaching support

    • Education on recovery, workload, mechanics, and long-term development

  • Communication is ongoing. You can reach out anytime with questions, and there is a constant check-in to monitor progress, adjust workloads, and support development.

  • Yes. We offer throwing, strength, or a combined program, all tailored to the athlete’s goals, training age, and season.

  • While access to a gym is preferred, we can build a program using whatever equipment you have from home or your regular training environment. If you do have gym access, we’ll write a plan to make the most of it.

    Note: Additional equipment may be recommended upon assessment of what is currently available to the athlete.
