Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ProForm Baseball. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our remote training programs and digital services.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales made through ProForm Baseball are final by default.
However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may occur, so refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

2. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Medical issues that prevent participation

  • Significant personal circumstances

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Program access errors caused by ProForm Baseball

Refunds will not be considered for:

  • Loss of interest or motivation

  • Scheduling changes

  • Failure to participate or complete the program

  • Technical issues on the customer’s side

  • Dissatisfaction with the rate of progress or training results

Performance results are not guaranteed and cannot be used as grounds for a refund.

3. Program Access

Once a customer enrolls and gains access to the 4-week program:

  • The program is considered delivered

  • Participation is the responsibility of the athlete

  • Lack of engagement does not qualify for a refund

If a refund request is approved, ProForm Baseball may revoke access to all program materials.

4. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at: josh@pfbaseball.com

  2. Include the athlete’s name, date of purchase, and reason for the request

  3. Provide any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

We will review each request individually and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Partial Refunds

ProForm Baseball may offer:

  • Partial refunds

  • Program credit

  • Program extension

The decision is solely at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks

By purchasing a program, you agree not to initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider.
All refund inquiries must go through ProForm Baseball directly.
